Yes! Order can be cancelled by calling our Customer Services and provide us with purchasing details.

 

 

Yes! If we haven’t deliver yet the item to the recipient, but if we already deliver the item to the recipient then no refund is possible.

 

 

Yes! You can re-order, if you haven’t got the refund then we will proceed the previous order for you. If you already get the refund, you need to place a new order in our website.
